The transformation from maiden to mother is a sacred rite of passage that should be honoured. It is an emotionally, physically and spiritually vulnerable time in a women's life — a journey of both unravelling and becoming, requiring sensitivity, introspection and growth.

For this reason, I help women prepare for an empowered transition into motherhood through feminine embodiment work. With ceremony and devotion practices, I guide women to connect with and express their authenticity and embody self-love — to move away from their fears, insecurities and societal pressures, and instead align with their inner wisdom and true desires.

In my local area, I regularly hold women's gatherings and sacred circle ceremonies, as a beautiful opportunity to step in to your feminine expression, receive blessings infused with love and form rich relationships. Supported by a circle of sisters, we honour your transition into motherhood by nourishing your mind, body and soul and tapping into your inner birthing goddess. You are invited to reflect, cultivate gratitude and deepen your connection with the divine and your unborn child.

Intention Setting Ritual - Birth Affirmations and Oracle Reading
Sisterhood Art Activity - Take turns painting each other's blooming bellies and sending loving energy to your growing babies
Finish with a mini photoshoot in the gardens to capture your belly art (each mama will receive a digital copy of the photos)
