This session is an initiation — a gentle yet powerful space for women preparing to birth for the first time, who feel the call to approach birth with trust, reverence, and inner knowing.
Together, we soften fear, unravel inherited narratives, and gently clear the subconscious layers shaped by culture, stories, and conditioning around birth. This is a space to reconnect with birth as a physiological, intuitive, and deeply embodied rite of passage.
Within this session, we may explore fear-release practices, subconscious reframing, visualisation, intention-setting, and elements inspired by hypnobirthing — all designed to tap into your intuition and cultivate a deep sense of trust, surrender, and inner safety.
This session is for women who wish to meet birth as something sacred and empowering — not something to endure, but something to enter consciously, with softness and strength intertwined.
