Giving voice to what happened, and integrating what remains πŸŒ™

This session is for women carrying tenderness from a previous birth, whether it felt overwhelming, disappointing, difficult, or simply not how you had hoped.

Sometimes, what we need most is somewhere to lay the story down... to speak openly about what happened, what we felt, what we wished had been different, and what we carry now. This session offers a compassionate space to be heard, witnessed, and held as you explore your experience and begin to make sense of it in your own way.

This is a somatic, nervous-system-aware session where we gently explore your birth story at a pace that feels safe for you. Together, we can honour what has been, uncover new perspectives, and gently reshape the way you hold your story. Through reflective conversation, body-based practices, reframing, ritual, and other supportive practices, we create room for what still lingers to be acknowledged, felt, and gradually integrated β€” helping you reconnect with your body, and a renewed sense of trust in yourself and your relationship with birth.

This session can be especially supportive if you are preparing for another pregnancy or birth and feel called to meet your next experience from a steadier, more grounded place. And even if many years have passed, there is no timeline on tending to your birth story. It is never too late to give yourself the opportunity to be heard.

Offered online via Zoom, or in person in Innes Park (Bundaberg).

Please note: Reclaim Your Birth Story is a supportive, reflective session and is not a substitute for psychological or clinical care. If you are experiencing significant birth trauma or postnatal depression, I would be happy to help connect you with an appropriate perinatal psychologist or other mental health professional.
